And the market roars
NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- U.S. stocks surged Thursday, with all three major indexes closing at the highest levels in years, as optimistic investors went on a buying spree.
Did you know that the Dow Jones Industrial Average was 3,242 when Bill Clinton took office in 1993? Do you know what it was when he left? It was 10,588.  Even teabaggers should be able to figure out that's a 300% increase - 327% to be exact - over Clinton's years.

Do you know what the DJIA was when George W. Bush left office? It had wilted to 7,949. And of course the stench of the Bush Great Recession was still permeating and it plunged to 6,594 by early March 2009.

The DOW surged today to 13,292. That's more than double than when Bush got done. Are Republicans really asking if we are better off now than we were four years ago? Are they that stupid or is it just blind hate?
