Iraq Surge Turns Out To Be Historic Blunder

BAQUBA, Iraq — Members of United States-allied Awakening Councils have quit or been dismissed from their positions in significant numbers in recent months, prey to an intensive recruitment campaign by the Sunni insurgency, according to government officials, current and former members of the Awakening and insurgents.

For those of you who argued that the 'surge' in Iraq would work; you Chickenhawk idiots have been proven to be dead wrong.   The 'surge' costs nearly 1,500 American lives, 10,000 wounded and hundreds of billions of dollars - many of it paid directly to those who are now switching back to our enemies - but those of you who have now been proven to be so dreadfully wrong, will now just sit there stupidly, saying nothing. 

We told you so and those of us who were right will continue to remind you of how much your stupidity cost.
