This is a test

Here's a little brain stimuli.

Thankfully, we are finally witnessing some courage coming from Congress in regard to the war in Iraq now that Democrats have regained control. There have already been 50-some hearings on Iraq in the first month alone. More hearings in that month than in the previous 46 months combined.

But not all of the courageous - Those who have the solid principles and the integrity to stand up to the President when he's been so wrong about the war of his choice - have come from just the halls of Congress.

Which of the following, current, or former governors, said not just one, but both of the these brillant and courageous, maybe even historic, statements on the war?
1. "I think it's also important for the president to lay out a timetable as to how long they will be involved and when they will be withdrawn."

2. "Victory means exit strategy, and it's important for the president to explain to us what the exit strategy is."
Was it?

A. Tom Vilsack
B. Bill Richardson
C. Jimmy Carter
D. Bill Clinton
E. Mitt Romney
F. None of the above

The answer is, F, 'none of the above'. And the answer to who made both of those statements is none other than.
