Former Texas Governor, George W. Bush made those two statements in the previous post during a time of war - while American men and women were serving in the Kosovo War. In fact, Bush made those remarks at the very height of our involvement in that conflict. The first quote is from 6/5/99 and the second quote was two months earlier on, 4/9/99.
