If Harry Reid had done that five years ago we wouldn't have a tenth of the problems we're having today. Eliminate the hateful rightwing obstruction now! And not just on nominations, but all legislation. In the entire history of our country there have been 168 nominations filibustered - 86 during the first 43 presidents and 82 of them during Obama's first five years.
