Drudge, and therefore, leeches like Pigboy Limbaugh who's entire show is whatever is on his website - have a major flaw in their reporting. They don't read the articles. If they would, they wouldn't embarrass themselves so often.
If they had bothered to actually read the article linked to that headline above, they would have learned that it wasn't Obamacare that costs the hospital $45 million. No, like many Republican led states, their Republican governor and legislatures refused to sign up for the Medicaid expansion and, as the hospital president clearly states, "we'd have an additional 40,000 patients that would be eligible under the new rolled out expansion of Medicaid".
In other words, assholes, you ought to know by now, if Drudge, Fox or Limbaugh say something...so fucking what?
