Where is it written that you can't be miserable while exercising your constitutional right to vote?

"...Voters wait for 3 hours in Detroit to turn in ballots" Tomorrow I will vote sometime mid to late afternoon. My Precinct is at the elementary school down the street about a mile away. I've been going there for 15 years and I've never waited five minutes to vote. Michigan has a four page ballot this year so I'm planning on taking a few sandwiches and a couple of canteens of water with me. Yeah, right. We don't have black or brown people in my precinct, man. This ain't no fucking ghetto.

And the poor souls up there aren't even there to vote. All they're trying to do is turn in their absentee ballots and those fools are waiting in line for three hours. Fucking white folk wouldn't stand for that bullshit.
