We're finally getting there

You're late, Mr. Obama.  I think you said 18-19 months. 
 
Can you imagine how much better off we as a country would be if the U.S. Supreme Court hadn't ruled the way they did in Bush v. Gore?  It's absolutely mind boggling to think about. 
 
Huge budget surpluses, no Iraq war and maybe even no 9/11.

Well, at least we're close to getting one of his historical bad memories over with.  Maybe.
