Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) on Tuesday vowed to block all future spending bills in the Senate that aren’t fully “paid for” with cuts to other spending programs.If these phony conservative (sic) bastards would have done this after Bill Clinton left us with huge budget surpluses that George Bush and the Republican dominated Congress squandered, we'd be sailing along.
After all, when Clinton left office the CBO was predicting 'the federal budget would enjoy a $710 billion surplus' by 2009 and instead, Bush and his minions left us with his historic $1.4 trillion deficit.
