Headline From Drudge;

ROB THY NEIGHBOR: HALF OF HOUSEHOLDS PAY NO FED INCOME TAX

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Tax Day is a dreaded deadline for millions, but for nearly half of U.S. households it's simply somebody else's problem.

About 47 percent will pay no federal income taxes at all for 2009. Either their incomes were too low, or they qualified for enough credits, deductions and exemptions to eliminate their liability. That's according to projections by the Tax Policy Center, a Washington research organization.
I didn't hear Drudge whine the other day when it was revealed that ExxonMobil didn't pay a goddamn dime of taxes on $35 BILLION in revenue. Not one word was written by that asshole when we learned Bank of America didn't pay one red cent on $4.4 billion and General Electric nothing on $10 billion or when Chevron paid a paltry 1% in income tax on $18.5 billion in revenue.

We don't need families of 4 or 5 who earn less than $50,000 a year to pay income taxes if we get corporations to pay what they should be paying. Those criminals are the ones who deserve the huge headlines.
