"CUT, CAP and BALANCE"
A little late for that, assholes!

The phony-conservatives are now calling for a new 'Cut, Cap and Balance' Act.  They want to pass a constitutional amendment that demands a balanced budget.

These are the very same people who with solid Republican majorities in both houses of Congress and George W. Bush in the White House, took the $150 billion surplus we had in 2001 and turned it immediately into huge deficits for eight straight years, left us with their $1.4 trillion deficit and increased our nation's debt from $5.7 trillion to $12 trillion.  Not to mention their George W. Bush Great Recession of 2007.

Cap?  Can you even imagine how much better off this country would be right now if all those phony-conservative Republicans would have had to 'cap' their spending and balance their budgets?  They would have had to pay for Bush's crippling 2001 $1.8 trillion tax cut for the rich.   They would have had to pay for their ridiculous $2 trillion war in Iraq.  They would have had to pay for their $1.2 trillion payback scam to pharmaceutical companies - some call it Medicare Part D.  That's $5 trillion in additional spending by those phony-conservative assholes that wasn't paid for  - no 'cap', no 'cut' and certainly way the hell out of 'balance'.

These whiny-ass Republicans should have proposed a constitutional amendment when that Democrat left them with hundreds of billions of dollars in surpluses.  Take your 'cut, cap and balance' bullshit and shove it up your asses!
