"Republicans have been railing against government spending — and earmarks — all year. But the spending bill now before the Senate is larded with earmarks, many thousands from Republicans. ...GOP leader Mitch "Chinless' McConnell, for example, has $86 million worth "Here we go again. Informed Americans - of course, those who read 'done that' - know that Republicans are the Party that has given us trillion dollar deficits, well over 90% of an almost $14 trillion national debt and are by far the Party of Pork Barrel spending.
It's comical to hear these swine whine about 6,000 earmarks that total $8 billion when you know, - again from reading 'done that' - that when George W. Bush and the all Republican Congress ran things, 'pork' projects totalled nearly 16,000 and were $71 billion.
And of course, the teabaggers and other phony-conservatives were deaf, dumb and mute when the actual crimes that drove us into bankruptcy were being committed. But that's exactly why they're shameless teabaggers who support the Party of Pork.
