It only took two days
Republicans ignore their new 'Cut-Go' rule
Anyone who knows anything about our nation's debt realizes that Republicans are never serious about doing anything about it. None of them ever have and in fact, bankrupting our government has been their plan since 1980 and boy, they sure have been good at it.
House Republicans comically state that they will repeal the Affordable Care Act but they don't have a snowball's chance in hell of doing it since it would take 67 Senate votes to override Obama's veto. Not that Obama's veto would be needed since it wouldn't get out of the Senate.
But here it is day two of the Republican majority in the House and they've already went against their campaign promises. You see, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) scored the Affordable Care Act to save $143 billion in its first 10 years and therefore, Republicans have to come up with $143 billion in either spending cuts or tax increases to pay for their repeal.
You get what you vote for. And if you were stupid enough to think that the Party who bankrupted our country to begin with would do anything sensible about it now, you're too stupid to matter.
Hey teabaggers, want some cheese with that whine?
