Time to get back to democracy

“Now is the time for rules reform"

Fifty-one votes is all that's needed to change the rules at the start of each Congress. That's the 'Constitutional Option', and hopefully Sen. Tom Udall and other Senate Democrats are wise and brave enough to use it and take the filibuster away from the haters.  It's bold and it's constitutional.

Article 1, Section 5 , "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings...".  -- 'Each house' ... that's every two years.   Time for some rule changes.
