But those jobs don't count anyway...
The economy lost 125,000 jobs last month, largely due to a decrease of 225,000 jobs in the number of temporary employees working on Census 2010. Private-sector payroll employment actually increased by 83,000. The unemployment rate fell from 9.7 percent to 9.5 percent.
The wingnut haters who are shamelessly hoping for an economic meltdown have told us for months that the temporary jobs that were part of the job numbers in April and May, 'don't count'. Well, I guess those 225,000 lost in June 'don't count' now. Unless of course, you were one of the 225,000 that was getting a paycheck.
