Whose problem is Yemen?
Yemen has an al-Qaeda problem that if not dealt with could lead to major problems for its neighbors. Yemen is deeply entrenched in poverty due to dwindling resources.

Who do you think has the most to lose if Yemen fails?

General Petraeus states that we won't send troops to Yemen but we will send $150 million in 'assistance'. Saudi Arabia needs to pick up that tab. They certainly have the resources, and by far, the most to lose.
