That blathering turtle-talking fool said on Fox News Sunday yesterday that it showed Russia 'capitulation' when Obama changed our missile defense shield policy in Europe.That change in policy came from the unanimous recommendation of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates.
