It's hard to believe

But,...after all, there was the OJ jury

"We would like clarification of the term 'reasonable doubt,' [the jurors wrote]. "Specifically, is it necessary for the government to present evidence that it is not humanly possible for someone not to recall an event in order to find guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.''
I have a very hard time believing that one of the Libby jurors could possibly be gullible enough to believe Scooter Libby's excuse that he was 'so busy with his work schedule', that he completely forgot his and Dick Cheney's meeting on retaliating against Joe Wilson.

Falling for that weak-ass excuse is more than gullibility. That's obvious juror misconduct.

More than likely the jury is only locked on one of the multiple charges of Libby's perjury and obstruction of justice charges.

Although it will only take one of these jurors to be dumb enough, or corrupt enough, to fall for Libby's lame-ass, 'I forgot' defense, to force a time-wasting and justice-delaying, mistrial.
