As you know, we've heard a lot of criticism lately coming from the 'defeated' and 'shamed' minority party about how useless 'non-binding' resolutions are. Well guess what the Republican dominated 104th Congress did to Bill Clinton in 1995? You guessed it: they passed a non-binding resolution on Bosnia in an effort to prevent him doing what they now say Bush has the right to do as 'Commander-in-Chief'.
I know you're not surprised, but at least now you know.
