28%ers, Take Heed

On Wednesday the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Corps Gen. Peter Pace, set the record straight for all the people in this country who whine about opposition to the war in Iraq, as if dissension is somehow bad for our troops' morale.

When asked before the House Armed Services Committee if the debate in Congress over the war in Iraq hurt the troops' morale, General Pace replied;

"There is no doubt in my mind that the dialogue here in Washington strengthens our democracy, period."

"Period!" It looks like General Pace adheres to the Constitution. The whiny remaining 28% need to try it.

All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.
