If only the Republicans had done that 12 years ago!

Of course, you, who's fortunate enough to read 'done that', know that when Republicans took full control of our government twelve years ago we not only had a $200 billion+ surplus but the CBO projected we'd have $5.6 TRILLION in cumulative surpluses through 2011.   And then we put Bush, Boehner, McConnell and Republicans in control and they destroyed our economy and now they think we should listen to them?  Please.  Are the American people really that fucking stupid to fall for that?
