Remember when you got your first paycheck of the year back in January 2018 and it was somewhat higher than the one you received in December 2017? Did you think you got raise or maybe your employer screwed up and just started overpaying your dumbass? Do you remember reading or hearing about changes in tax withholding? I clearly remember many discussions about allowing people to receive more of their paychecks throughout the year.

And another thing; The HuffPost linked article states; "Some 71% of the people received a $3,000 'refund' last year"? Can I borrow $250 a month interest-free from about 1,000 of you idiots?
