Check out this video and tell me you wouldn't think that guy has a gun

The NYPD shot and killed that guy at the end of that video.  He was pointing his 'pipe' at them.  I guess they should have known it wasn't a gun.

The guy's family is calling the shooting 'unjustified' and of course they have hired a lawyer who will sue for $50 million in lost wages to compensate them for the loss of their unemployed, trouble-making 34 year old kid.

And, people in New York are actually demonstrating in the streets over this.  ...You couldn't make this shit up.  Look at the video!    Their boy 'Saheed' committed suicide by cop and got what was coming.  Get a life, assholes!
