Senate votes 97-2 to block Trump's collusion with Putin and the Russians

In a rare moment of bipartisan unity, the Senate voted 97 to two to approve the sanctions, with only Republicans Mike Lee of Utah and Rand Paul of Kentucky voting against....The new Russia sanctions would create a congressional review process if the executive branch eases current sanctions.
It's pretty bad when the Senate has to pass legislation to block the President from giving Putin and the Russians anything he decides would help pay them back for their support of him.
