Sorry johnnie, you and Republicans had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with balancing the budget in the 90's.  That was done without a SINGLE Republican vote in 1993.  NOT ONE republican - including you, had anything to do with Bill Clinton's budget surpluses.  Republicans don't balance budgets.  At least in my 62 years on this planet.
