The Republicans' inbred candidate, Gomer Huckabee, is pitching a 'fair tax' or as some call it, a consumption tax where they tax expenditures at 30%. Well you see, I'm retired and I've already paid income tax on most of the money I'm now going to spend so I'm not going to give you another 30% when I do spend it.
