If you call yourself a constitutionalist...

...Then you must agree with the Supreme Court's ruling today on gay marriage. There's nothing in the Constitution about marriage or 'traditional values' but equal treatment under the law is very clear.  Marriage is a civil contract.   You don't need a church to get married - and churches can refuse to marry anybody - but you do need a license from the government.
