Oil crash may kill the Texas housing boom
Having grown up here in Michigan and joining the Air Force in the 70's, I remember all too well some of the smart asses in Texas who used to make fun of the 'rust belt' and ask, 'did you turn the light off when you left'. Well, things are great here in Michigan.
Another thing I learned in my two temporary tours in Texas; Do you know why Oklahoma floats? Because Texas sucks.
