Oil producers spent heavily on shale projects but $65 oil is forcing them to dial back

Geez, those poor oil companies are hurting right there along with the fucking Saudis and Vladimir Putin. Let's pass the hat - and some crying towels - and hope oil goes back up to $110 a barrel.
