Remember when the Secretary was subpoenaed for 4,500 American deaths?
So John Kerry was subpoenaed over Benghazi? Kerry was a U.S. Senator when that occurred. But he should simply do what Condi Rice did when she was subpoenaed over the needless deaths of 4,500 Americans, and refuse to appear. I'm sure all of those phony-patriot, teabagging, Chickenhawk cheerleaders who cheered Bush and Condi when she did that will now understand if John Kerry tells you to go fucking pack sand about the four who died in Benghazi. If he doesn't - he damn-well should.

Addendum: Convicted felon and the man the Republicans picked to chair the House Oversight Committee, Darrel Issa, is who has subpoenaed John Kerry. Interestingly, when Condi Rice was subpoenaed on the deaths of 4,500 Americans, this is how Issa responded;
Issa opposed subpoenaing then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in 2007 in the years-long investigation of phony Iraq War evidence, during which Issa then decried "the inappropriateness of hauling the secretary of state … out of the performance of her job.”
And he's the Republican House's lead on 'oversight'.
