When some teabagging punk cracks a joke about the recent story about Medicare overpaying for 'penis pumps', remind them that it's once again their bankrupting policies to blame.

As informed people know - and there sure aren't many of us - it was George W. Bush and 90% of congressional Republicans who hired 1,000 lobbyists to write the Medicare Prescription Drug Bill back in 2003. That's right; 90% of congressional Republicans voted yes - and nearly 90% of Democrats voted 'no' for a bill that "expressly prohibits the government from using its bargaining clout to negotiate lower prices" .
