I know men who I was stationed with at San Vito dei Normanni Air Station - a top-secret communications base we used to have in southern Italy - who now work at NSA and I can tell you, they're patriots and they would never spy on Americans for just the hell of it.
It's a lot like the spineless, paranoid teabaggers and their infatuation with the ridiculous myth a while back about the 'federal government buying up all the ammunition for a revolution'. Come on assholes. Who is Barack Obama and Janet Napolitano going to get to shoot all of us? Are you really that stupid and scared? Do you think the same troops you pretend to support would turn their guns on their country? That's one of the big problems with wingnuts and teabaggers; the ones I know never served so they have no clue that those who do are, 'our neighbors and friends'. Take your chill pills sheople.
