Are they just dishonest or are they really that ignorant?

I heard two hate-radio personalities, Bill Bennett and Pigboy Limbaugh, both make a wise-crack about how ironic it is that the government now has to 'call in the private sector' to fix the ACA website. Really dumbasses? It was a private sector company who did the work in the first place.

I used to think people like Limbaugh and his dittohead sheep were just intellectually dishonest. Now I'm not so sure; I think they're just stupid. They sure act like it.
