Now six months in – highlighted by a string of legislative stalemates – the 113th Congress (2013-2014) is on track to match or even surpass those dubious distinctions.

When hateful, ignorant little punks elect hateful, ignorant little punks you get the worst Congress in history. No surprise here. You'd have to be real ignorant to be.
