Issa's Teabagger's IRS Investigation Is Falling Apart

There wasn't a 'scandal' in the first place, since the IRS was merely doing what they're supposed to do, but come to find out, it was a Republican IRS agent who started the audits, anyway.  So sorry, Teabaggers, your investigation turns out to be just like yourselves; a loser.
