Former Bush official: Syria chemical weapons could be ‘Israeli false flag operation’

Lawrence Wilkerson is not your everyday Republican: he has integrity and actually cares about the men and women in our military. I wouldn't for a minute, not put it past the Israelis to do this to drag us into a situation that benefits them. And, the same thing could be done by groups like al-Qaeda in Syria. Why wouldn't they want the U.S. to send our men to die for their cause?

As the article points out - and Wilkerson has many sources in the intelligence community - "he has been told by his sources in the intelligence community that evidence that Syria had used chemical weapons was “really flaky”, and Obama is right to be skeptical.

We should be very thankful that Bush isn't the 'decider'.
