Didn't the teabaggers get that IRS memo?

I heard several America-haters today whining about Barack Obama breaking the 'Buffett Rule'.  I guess the ignorant teabagging sheep didn't get that memo from the IRS that clearly stated that $662,000 in income isn't quite $1 million, which was the income threshold for that 'rule'.
