The absolute, most important victory for democracy and the people of the United States of America with Barack Obama's reelection, is without a doubt, the Supreme Court. Every issue pales in comparison. We need to get the four corporate fascists off the Court by any means necessary and since it can only happen by voluntary retirement, impeachment or death, we should not be particularly choosy about how it happens.
Barack Obama won. The Senate is more Democratic today than it was Tuesday and it is they who will confirm who Obama chooses. The gerrymandered House of Un-Representation fortunately has no say. Elections have consequences and we're going to take our Court back.
