WASHINGTON (MNI) - The Treasury Department and the Office of Management and Budget Friday made it official, the deficit racked up in the government's just-ended fiscal year totaled $1.08 trillion - $120 billion, or $10 billion a month, less than the $1.2 trillion when George (Gump) Bush crawled back to Texas.
