That lie is so ridiculous that only a wingnut is dumb enough to believe it. One trillion for 'welfare'? Is $26.5 billion even close to $1 trillion? No, in fact welfare, the 'Temporary Assistance for Needy Families' (TANF) program - the cash given to needy families - is a mere 2.65% of a trillion.
