A: No. Low-income households have been eligible for discounted telephone service for more than a decade. But the program is funded by telecom companies, not by taxes, and the president has nothing to do with it.

It's amazing how dishonest and unethical they are. The program 'originated in 1984' under Ronald Reagan and expanded to include cell phones in 2008 'during the administration of George W. Bush'. But when your audience are fools and sheep, it doesn't matter.
