ROMNEY: It is a low rate. And one of the reasons why the capital gains tax rate is lower is because capital has already been taxed once at the corporate level, as high as 35 percent.

One of Romney's biggest problems is he thinks everybody is as dumb as his base. You do NOT pay taxes on income that's 'already been taxed' and if he doesn't know that he's even dumber than I thought or he is just a liar. You only pay income tax on the gain and it has not been taxed already.

It's too bad Scott Pelley wasn't sharp enough to call his lying ass on that. That was an answer for the sheep.
