The stock market - and the country for that matter - always does better with a Democrat in the White House.  That is precisely why I refuse to call Republicans, 'conservatives'.  If you want to qualify that with 'social' conservative, then I agree.  They are after all the Party that wants to ignore the First Amendment and tell you how to live your private life.  But they have never been true 'fiscal' conservatives and it's only the ignorant who don't know that truth.  The facts are very clear on that.
