Now that Rick 'Oops' Perry proved that Sarah Palin isn't the dumbest wingnut teabagger (Glenn Rice can verify that) and that it's now a tie between him and Herman Cain - will Texans actually reelect that idiot again?

When your last two governors have been George W. Bush and Rick Perry, it becomes very clear that a majority of Texans are pretty goddamn stupid.
