Is Barack Obama a fan of Saul Alinsky?

I don't know the answer to that but William F. Buckley, the so-called 'father of modern conservatism' was.  As is Dick Armey - one of the 'fathers' of the racist Teabagger movement.

I guess the haters will have to come up with another boogie-man.  From what I've read about Alinsky he was just a guy who helped improve the "living conditions of poor communities across North America"  in the 1950's.   We Democrats are supposed to apologize for that?  ...Don't look at me.
