Gingrich didn't balance shit!

Listening to Newt Gingrich's whiny and nauseating voice is bad enough but I get especially tired of hearing that dumpy little punk say he 'balanced four budgets'.  Gingrich and every single Republican in Congress had nothing to do with balancing budgets in the 90's.  Those budget surpluses were the direct result of the 'Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993' and not one Republican voted for it.  Not one.

The Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 gave us four consecutive budget surpluses, 22 million new jobs and 4% unemployment and not a single Republican voted for it.  Including that pervert, Newt Gingrich.

And, if you don't think that's true, what happened when Clinton left and Bush and the Republican-dominated Congress got rid of the Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993?  You're living it, fools!
