In my county you can get life for indecent exposure
"A convicted sex offender was sentenced Thursday up to life in prison for violating probation. Circuit Judge Michael P. Hatty sentenced Albert Sidney Reimann to one day to life in prison for violating probation on an aggravated indecent exposure charge. ...Okay, the guy obviously has some serious issues, but life in prison? He didn't register as a convicted sex offender and violated probation but the initial crime of masturbating in a cemetery doesn't warrant a life sentence.
...The indecent exposure charge resulted from Reimann being caught with his pants around his ankles and masturbating in the Lakeview Cemetery in Howell in May 2009. He was initially sentenced to five years of probation with the first year in the county jail."
At least you wouldn't think it would in a civilized country.
