$55 billion next year in automatic cuts to the military?

That's easy.  To come up with $454 billion in cuts over 10 years ($55 billion in 2013) to the military because of the 'sequestration', you just reduce our troops in Afghanistan by half and that saves $90 billion a year. We can use the other $35 billion in savings on debt reduction.  Call me a fucking genius!
