No one owes Dick Cheney or George W. Bush an apology for anything. There is nothing for Obama to correct when it comes to the absolute criminal ineptitude of that administration. Their 'reaction' to 9/11 was to attack a country they knew had nothing to do with it and shamelessly ignore the country that did. Everybody knows that by now. No 'corrections' needed.
