No wonder why Tom Cain is such an idiot; Stephen Moore is one of the 'economists' that is feeding him all that nonsense!  Moore has been a huge follower of the failed supply-side economic bullshit that Republicans scammed on the American people.  It's so called 'economists' like Moore, who has been around Washington DC for the last 30 years, that have brought this country down.  He's just a Republican recycled loser.
